When you accept Marketing in our cookie settings, Zwapgrid records the pages you view, visit times and campaign or referral information in our CRM. A random browser identifier helps us recognise repeat visits.
With Marketing consent, we may link an inquiry you submit to website visits from the same browser. Submitted details are self-declared. If you use a personalised link, visits may be associated with the contact and company the link was issued to; forwarded links may remain associated with the original recipient. Neither method verifies who is using the browser. Other visits remain anonymous. IP-based company lookup is currently disabled.
We use this information to understand interest in our products and make our business follow-up more relevant. Website visit records and browser identifiers are retained for up to 90 days. We do not use browser fingerprinting or collect text as you type into forms. Inquiry details are sent only when you submit the form.
