Your team retains ownership of the concepts and prototypes it creates at the Event. Under the Event registration terms, each team grants the Event Organizer and each Technical Partner, including Zwapgrid, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to describe, display, and showcase the submitted concept and prototype.
This may include social media posts, website content, Event material, and published use cases. Team members will be credited by name where their work is featured.
This license does not allow Zwapgrid or another Technical Partner to file for intellectual property protection over, commercialize, or productize a team submission without a separate agreement with that team. It does not prevent any party from independently developing similar functionality.
Photography and video captured by the Event Organizer may be shared with Technical Partners and jury members for use on their own channels, including LinkedIn, with courtesy credit to the Event. Each party is responsible for its own compliance when publishing images of identifiable individuals.
